I had uncooked chicken wings, that I seasoned and placed on the tray. I did let them cook somewhat longer than recipe required (about an hour), I turned them twice throughout the cooking process, and they came out just perfect!The oven is extremely unique...the tray can be stored separately or upright behind the oven.
